Terms and conditions
- Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting period of *45 minutes* is included for airport pickups, starting from the official flight landing time. After 45 minutes, waiting time will be charged at *£60 per hour*, plus any applicable car parking charges.
- Airport Flight Monitoring: Clients must provide a valid *flight number* at the time of booking. This allows us to monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time in the event of delays.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least *24 hours before* the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are *non refundable*.
- Airport Departure Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure they book a suitable pickup time to arrive at the airport for their flight. We are not responsible for missed flights due to insufficient travel time allowed by the client.
- Traffic & Road Conditions: While we always plan routes carefully, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including motorway closures, road traffic accidents, severe congestion, adverse weather, police incidents, or other unexpected road conditions.
- Lost Property: The company accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. However, if lost property is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to the owner. Any delivery or postage costs may be chargeable.
- Licensing: Our company is fully licensed by *Guildford Borough Council* under *Private Hire Vehicle Licence PHV419*.
- Additional Charges: Any additional costs incurred during the journey, including parking fees, tolls, or other applicable charges not included in the original quotation, may be added to the final fare where applicable.
- Acceptance of Terms: By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by our company.
